Landscaping
As many of you may have heard, we are no longer employing Young Professionals to do the landscaping at River Oaks Place. Instead we feel the better route in order to specifically accommodate the wishes of homeowners and customize the look of certain areas, taking into account said wishes, is to turn over the care of landscaping to Larry's assistant, Juan, which we have done. A guide has been put together which he will follow in order to best serve the homeowners and the trees and plants. In addition, we have employed the services of LMS, Inc. to handle mowing and edging of all of the grass, in the community and along the exterior brick walls.
